Refund Policy for Kommuno Services:
At Kommuno, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible services. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise that may require a refund.
Please read the following refund policy carefully:
Refund Eligibility:
You may be eligible for a refund if any of the following conditions apply:
- Kommuno delivers the wrong IVR services.
- Kommuno delivers the IVR services later than the agreed-upon date and time.
- Refund claims will only be processed if the refund has been sought within 15 days of the Activation.
- Kommuno will only be liable to refund the part of services unused by the client.
- Refund is subject to justifiable reasons for the said unused services.
Refund Request:
To request a refund, you must submit a written request to Kommuno’s customer service department within seven (7) business days of the incident. The request should include the following information:
- Your name and contact information.
- The date and time of the incident.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting documentation, such as screenshots or recordings.
Refund Processing:
Upon receipt of a valid refund request, Kommuno will process the refund within Thirty (30) business days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refund Amount:
The refund amount will depend on the severity and impact of the incident. Kommuno may provide at its sole discretion.
Exclusions:
The following incidents are excluded from this refund policy:
- Changes in your business needs or requirements.
- Technical issues that are beyond Kommuno’s control, such as Internet outages, Telecom partner outages, Cloud Partner outages, or force majeure events.
- If the Client is indulging OR has indulged in any illegal activities under any applicable laws.
- Kommuno is not obliged to make any refund if the subscriptions have been bought at a discount of 10% or more
Kommuno reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
